Container packaging cells are extremely fast. The equipment shown in the picture above is capable of a capacity of 15 containers per hour.
The pallet handling equipment of container packers is modular. This allows the number of containers in the buffer to be easily increased.
The Robotvisor® control of the container cell can easily manage even larger product feeding systems.

Our palletizing cell provides the most cost-efficient way on the market to handle product palletizing. The cell adapts to your needs – with additional equipment, it can be expanded into a complete modular line that grows alongside your business.
Customizable Feeding Structure – Designed for Your Process
Feeding can be flexibly implemented from the sides, from the end, or even through curves. The modular design ensures that the palletizing cell integrates seamlessly into your existing production environment – without unnecessary compromise
Efficient and Precise Gripping Technology
The servo-operated flap gripper automatically adapts to box size, and optional suction cups enhance gripping when needed. Our selection also includes various vacuum plate solutions – always optimized for your specific product type.
A wide range of robot sizes can be selected for the palletizing cells, using either Fanuc, ABB or KUKA robotic arms, available as new or refurbished units.
As with container packaging cells, the product feeding and pallet handling solutions are modular and therefore fully customizable. Our range includes a wide variety of different solutions to meet these needs.
The palletizing cell’s Robotvisor® control can also manage peripheral devices. In addition, our unique Paltizer software is available for creating palletizing patterns, requiring no prior programming experience from the user.

Customization is carried out especially when the packaging machine is part of our own production line. This ensures seamless compatibility and reliability – the machine is unique and optimized specifically for its intended application.
Combining Robotics and Packaging Technology
The multifunctional gripper solutions we have developed are often small packaging machines in themselves. For example, integrating layer palletizing solutions into robotic arms enables an efficient and intelligent combination – fewer devices, more functionality.
Our selection also includes robotic cell and packaging machine combinations, where functions such as box forming and filling are integrated into a single machine.
We use the latest servo technology to control our packaging machines. This is implemented, for example, with Beckhoff’s XTS system, where the different moving parts of the device operate autonomously.
With Robotvisor® control, we have implemented, among other projects, a packaging machine with 17 servo axes, used to wrap and seal a straight plastic package around varying products.
